Blurry text and other appearance issues often occur when working with Windows 10 in a multi-monitor environment. Microsoft is aware of the problem and is actively working on improving multi-display support in Windows.
By the nature of its solution Lightkey is also affected by a multi-display environment. Lightkey’s predictions may not appear correctly (i.e. not in line with your text) in cases where there are several displays, each configured with a different scaling factor.
For example, the below image demonstrates a multi-display scenario in which display #2 is configured to 125% whereas display #3 is configured to 150%. In this case Lightkey’s predictions may not appear correctly.
In order to resolve this issue, we follow Microsoft's recommendation to adjust your display settings so all connected displays are configured with the same scaling factor. In order to do that, please follow the next simple steps:
To get started, right-click any empty space on your desktop and select Display settings towards the bottom of the context menu. Alternatively, you can go to Start > Settings > System > Display.
Look for "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" and adjust it for each monitor so that all monitors use the same setting.
Step-by-Step
Please note that the Settings app in Windows 10 is ready for per-monitor display scaling. Once you're there, you should see a graphical layout of your monitor set-up.
Lower down the screen and under Scale and layout you'll see a drop-down menu labeled Change the size of text, apps, and other items: X% (Recommended). Before you start changing the scaling, check to see which monitor is highlighted. You may want to try a few settings to see what looks best to you. For example, if the recommended scale for your primary monitor is 150% and the recommended scale for your secondary monitor is 100%, try setting both of them to 125%. You will need to sign out then sign back in to get best results.

Users with multiple displays at the same resolution may want more refined scaling than the pre-sets can offer. They can return to the advanced settings screen under Custom scaling (pictured below).
Once transferred to the screen, you can enter a percentage between 100 and 500 to apply a blanket scaling to all your monitors.
In addition, you can also turn on/off Let Windows try to fix apps so they're not blurry by clicking the slider. We recommend setting this to off.
Once completed, we recommend signing out and back in to Windows 10.
