Microsoft is rolling out a new UI for Outlook (the “new Outlook”) which doesn’t support VSTO add-ins, causing Lightkey (as well as any other VSTO add-ins) not to work properly in Outlook. Turning off the “new Outlook” will essentially reactivate Lightkey, allowing you to benefit from its world-class text predictions and real-time corrections.
