In this guide we will show you how to disable Outlook web mail's text predictions in the browser in order to ensure a smooth experience with Lightkey's predictions. Otherwise, both Lightkey and Outlook's text predictions may appear at once, causing conflicts and unwanted text added to your emails.
As demonstrated in the video, go to "settings", click on "View all Outlook settings" option at the bottom of the settings pane and choose "Compose and reply", scroll down to "Text predictions", and uncheck the option "Suggest words or phrases as I type". Then click on the "Save" button and go back to Outlook.
Assuming you have Lightkey software installed on your machine as well Lightkey's browser extension, Lightkey will work smoothly in Microsoft Outlook web version.
